Epiphone Guitars | Boston Legends Are Coming To Poughkeepsie

A BOSTON LEGENDS All Star Concert is scheduled at 7 p.m. tonight at The Chance, 6 Crannell St., Poughkeepsie. The unison was originally scheduled is to Mid-Hudson Civic Center and all tickets purchased in allege will be respected at The Chance.
Two fortunate unison goers at any uncover in the April debate will win Gibson Epiphone Guitars sealed by the Boston Legend Artists. Winners will be selected incidentally and contingency be present to win.

Geils Band – harp player Magic Dick and drum player Danny Klein. The Boston Legends All Stars will moreover underline The Uptown Horns, who have achieved with everybody from the Stones and J. Geils to Billy Joel and beyond, Sandy MacDonald of the Commitments Jeff Levine who has achieved with Joe Cocker and Hall and Oates and at last youngster expert Desiree Bassett who has achieved with countless stone icons, inclusive Ted Nugent and Sammy Hagar.

Orcutt guitar, music store closing
After some two years in Santa Maria and another 10 in Orcutt, the Jensen Guitar & Music Co. store has fallen victim to the continuing recession and will close its doors at the end of the month.
Owner Chris Jensen announced the closure Thursday.
“It’s been a good run for us up here,” Jensen said. “It’s just the recession finally caught up with us. ... Expenses kept going up while the economy held our income down.”
Two full-time and three part-time employees are working at the 1,400-square-foot store, where five instructors provide music lessons in three studios.
Jensen praised the group for their efforts to keep the store from folding.
“We are particularly proud of our local store manager, Mike Dougherty, along with all our employees and instructors who have given their best efforts to keep things going,” he said.
Jensen said it’s not likely any of the employees will move to the original Santa Barbara store, but he hopes Dougherty will continue handling Jensen’s eBay store.
